Hello, I am Tom Mann and I am your Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector. I am Licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission to conduct Home Inspections, License #20492. I was trained by the American Home Inspector Training Institute, a premier Home Inspection training organization recognized throughout the United States as a leader in Home Inspector Training. I will do my best to make sure your home is inspected to the standards specified by the Texas Real Estate Commission Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors. Just as important,I will inspect the home as if I, or one of my family members, were purchasing it! I guarantee your satisfaction!
My Promise to You.
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Further more, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
The average time I spend on a home inspection is three hours, but I will spend as much time as necessary to do a complete inspection of the home you are looking at. As you look for an inspector ask how much time they will spend on your inspection. I will commit the whole day to your inspection if need be. Don’t hire a drive-by inspector, hire me because I will give you all my attention.

If you attend the inspection and are not satisfied with the quality of the inspection, tell me before you receive the report. I will reimburse any fee you have paid me upon written proof that you have paid another inspector to inspect the property. Proof must be presented no later than the end of the 10th day following my inspection and requires a signed letter of indemnity.
